WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The information described below is, of course, in addition to any personal data we are legally required to process in any situation.
Depending on the relevant circumstances, we may, among other things, collect some or all of the information listed below to ensure that we can offer you orders or services tailored to your circumstances and interests.

In fact, the amount of data we collect about Clients is very limited. Generally, we only need your contact information, or the information of individual contacts within your organization (such as their names, phone numbers and email addresses) to ensure that our relationship runs smoothly.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In general, we use Candidates' data for placing Candidates with a client and for subsequent contact etc:
Our main field of activity is, of course, connecting the right Candidates with the right assignments/clients. In the following we have listed in which cases it is possible that we use and process your personal data, for this purpose among others.
- Collecting data from you and other sources, such as LinkedIn;
- Store (and update as necessary) your information in our database so that we can contact you regarding placement with a client;
- Review data about you against potential assignments that we think might suit you;
- Sending your information to Clients so that you can be considered for placement with a client;
- Allowing you to submit your resume and let us know online which assignments you would like to be considered for for assignments you think might be of interest to you;
- Perform our obligations arising from contracts we have entered into with you;
- Perform our obligations arising from contracts N-ABLE has entered into with third parties regarding your placement;
- Facilitate our billing process;
- Meet our legal obligations, including tax obligations
- SUPPLIER - AND CLIENT DATA:
We will only use your information to store (and update as necessary) your information in our database so that we can contact you regarding placement activities;
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Where appropriate and in accordance with local laws and regulations, we may share your personal data, in various ways and on various grounds, with the following categories of persons, among others:
- Third parties such as outsourced IT providers and document storage providers with whom we have appropriate processing agreements (or similar safeguards) in place
- In the case of Candidates: potential clients
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
- We make every effort to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss or unauthorized access. We do this through a number of appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- If you suspect misuse or loss of or unauthorized access to your personal information, please notify us immediately.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
- We will delete your personal data from our systems if we had no meaningful contact with you (or, where applicable, the company for which or with which you work) for two years (or a longer period if we believe in good faith that the law or relevant regulators require us to retain your data). After this period, it is likely that your data is no longer relevant to the purposes for which it was collected.
- For Candidates whose services are provided through a third-party company or entity, "meaningful contact" with you means meaningful contact with the company or entity providing/providing the services to you. When we are notified by such company or entity that it no longer has a relationship with you, we will not retain your data for more than two years from that time, or, if later, for the period of two years from the time we subsequently had meaningful contact with you directly.
- When we refer to "meaningful contact" we mean, for example, communication between us (either verbal or written). For example, if you are a Candidate we consider it meaningful contact when you send your updated resume through our website.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS, MODIFY OR WITHDRAW PERSONAL DATA YOU HAVE SHARED WITH US?
- One of the main purposes of the AVG is to protect and clarify the rights of EU citizens and individuals in the EU regarding data protection. This means that you retain several rights regarding your data even after you have given it to us. These are described in more detail below.
- Right to object: this right allows you to object to our processing of your personal data when we do so for one of the following reasons: (i) our legitimate interests; (ii) to enable us to carry out a task in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority;
- Right to withdraw consent: Where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for certain activities, you may withdraw this consent at any time, at which point we will cease the activity for which your consent had been given, unless we consider that there is an alternative ground to justify continued processing of your data for this purpose (think Tax Authorities etc.).
- Data subject's request for access to data: You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you and you can ask us to modify, update or delete that information.
- Right of deletion: In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. When a valid data deletion request is complied with, we will take all reasonable practicable steps to delete the relevant data.
- The right to limit processing:In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that we can only continue to store your data and thus will not be able to carry out any further processing activities .
- Right to rectification:You also have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
- Right to data portability:You have the right, if you wish, to transfer your personal data between controllers.
- It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Therefore, please keep us informed if your personal information changes during the time we hold your information.
